Shipping policy

The shipping cost for France, Austria and Germany is calculated based on the place of destination during check out.

For shipments to Switzerland and UK, the cost of duties is not included in the shipping cost and will be communicated by the courier during delivery and will be charged to the customer.

Absence of the recipient There are 2 delivery attempts made by the courier. On the second failed attempt due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will return the parcel to the sender. In this case it is possible to schedule a new delivery, but to be paid by the customer.
