Refund policy

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we offer return postage paid for returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return the product in exchange for a voucher that can be used within 60 days of the original purchase.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

All items that can be worn and cannot be sanitized, due to hygiene standards, to protect the customer, such as: bijoux or accessories for home furnishings, such as pitchers, glasses cannot be returned.

Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear or use

In case the package is lost or damaged we will send the ordered product again, whatever it is, with the necessary production times which could vary from 10 working days to 60 days from confirmation of loss or breakage of the object. If the return is not possible, we will refund the amount spent referring to the lost or damaged item within 60 days.
